THE OTHER PART OF THE MODEL

Applicants have
a choice, too.

Rolio is building a talent pool for our sourcing and recruiting service. Employers and applicants should know how it works before they use the product.

01 / OPTIONAL

Joining is their decision.

The application form offers an unticked opt-in checkbox. Joining the talent pool does not affect the application to your company. Candidates you add or import yourself are never enrolled; only an applicant who ticks the box on the form can join.

02 / WHERE IT STANDS

Not running yet.

Today the form only records who opted in and when. No talent-pool profile is built from an application, and no one is contacted from the pool.

YOUR NEXT HIRE STARTS SOMEWHERE.

Make a little room
for better hiring.
